Our pricing is based on a minimum order of One Ad-group (50 taxis) for a four-week campaign period, which includes exclusive two-sided (100 visuals) static advertisement placements. The cost per each taxi for the full four-week campaign is $248 (Only $0.0081 per impression) totaling $12,400 per Ad-group (50 cars/4-weeks). The pricing guide below outlines the discounts applied throughout the four weeks. Additional weeks are billed at the same rate as the fourth week.

Then, proceed to register by filling out the form and confirming your email address. Upon approval, you will receive a welcome email containing app stores' links to download the mobile app for mobile tracking.
Q - How do I access my account?
A - Once you receive approval via email, you can access your account from your desktop, mobile phone, or any device by clicking the relevant button on the homepage. The USA Cab Ads website is mobile responsive, allowing access via mobile web browsers for ad booking and management. The mobile app is dedicated to tracking campaign information and live data.
Q - How do I book a campaign?
A - Upon becoming an approved client or agency/broker, login to your user-friendly dashboard to book and manage campaigns. Agency/broker partners can onboard clients, as well as book and manage their ads.
Q - How do I create the graphics for the ad?
A - For instructions on creating ad graphics, please download the instructions and template file here. Alternatively, USA Cab Ads offers complimentary graphic design services; simply submit your brief to info@usacabads.com.
Q - How many cars must I book for one campaign?
A - The minimum booking is one group, consisting of One Ad-group (50 taxis). You can book as many groups as needed for your campaign, subject to availability. Increased bookings enhance coverage.
Q - What is the minimum duration of a campaign?
A - All campaigns require a minimum duration of 4 weeks. Additional weeks can be booked during the initial campaign booking, contingent upon car availability.
Q - What is the coverage area of the USA Cab Ads taxi fleet in New York City?
A - USA Cab Ads covers all five New York City boroughs—Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island—plus northern New Jersey, including high-exposure areas near JFK and LaGuardia airports.
Q - How do I track my campaign?
A - Upon campaign launch, you will receive a notification email. You can then monitor your campaign via desktop or the mobile app, observing live map updates of ad-covered taxis traversing New York streets. Detailed ad information and real-time tracking are available by clicking on individual car icons. Agencies/brokers can share specific ad tracking with clients via a dedicated link.
Q - Do I receive campaign performance data?
A - Yes, comprehensive data sheets are provided post-campaign, detailing distances traveled and impressions per mile. Additionally, real-time campaign tracking and data analysis are accessible via the mobile app and live map interface.

Q - Can any taxi join the USA Cab Ads New York City taxi advertising fleet?
A - All New York City taxis (excluding the Nissan NV200 Minivan*) are eligible to join our NYC taxi advertising fleet.
*Note: The installation of Rooftop Advertising Units on Nissan NV200 Minivans is prohibited by the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission rules.
Q - How can a taxi join the USA Cab Ads fleet?
A - To join the USA Cab Ads taxi advertising fleet, click the white button on the top menu bar of the homepage, then proceed to register on the taxi login page by filling out the form and confirming your email address. Alternatively, registration can be completed through the taxis information page here.
Q - Do I get to manage my taxis and drivers?
A - Yes, upon receiving approval as a taxi partner, you can onboard cars and drivers. Setting up a wallet for seamless payments is also required.
DRIVERS
Q - Do drivers get paid?
A - All drivers receive payment for operating taxis with ads installed. Once onboarded by the taxi company/owner, the driver receives an SMS message containing a link to download the mobile app. A dedicated section within the mobile app allows drivers to receive important notifications and manage their wallets for payments.
